I know we're all sad about having to wait until summer for more Mad Men. I am, too, and wondering what the heck I'm going to do in all that time.
Mods, fellow comm members, I have a suggestion.
Why don't we do an episode rewatch? Other comms and forums have done this before, and it sounds like a good idea. We can start with "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes", the pilot, and end of course with "Shut the Door, Have a Seat". We could start discussing whenever, I guess.
What do you guys say?

So I just got in from Patrick's last Bachelor tour gig in Melbourne and he was so SO brilliant, and lovely, and he came into the crowd and had a boogie and just ARGH. Lovely. He was just so so... lovely. And happy and charismatic and... possibly a little drunk... and fully 100 per cent magic.
BUT THE POINT IS- I took some photos and thought I would share. They are all from the first 20 or so minutes of the gig (that he ran over his time by 50 minutes; that REBEL.) before I put the camera away so I could have a jive, there was to be no flash photography thus they are a bit grainy etc but I dun moi very bestest :)

In the "it's been done to death" category comes this holiday season card from Denver-based Cultivator Advertising & Design. Tired as Mad Men themed efforts have become, it's interesting to note the house in which the photoshoot took place - Cultivator Creative Director Monte Mead - is permanently tricked out Mad Men style. That's how the dude lives 24/7/365.
  
Sorry it looks so blurry...that's frm me trying to enlarge it.
How awesome is it that actual ad companies are doing Mad Men-style Christmas cards? And that house in the background totally looks like it could belong on the set.
